Footage of kosher slaughter shot inside a Uruguayan slaughterhouse reveals cattle killed using the "shackle and hoist" method, which causes severe pain, fear, and suffering for the animals. Unfortunately, this method is used throughout almost all of South America's kosher slaughterhouses. Uruguay is the number one exporter of kosher meat to both the United States and Israel.
