Bolivian soldiers state that the U.S. Army taught them war preparation exercises in which stray dogs were kidnapped, restrained, stabbed, and killed. Thanks to pressure from PETA, the Bolivian military has ended training exercises on animals, but many governments, including the U.S., have not.
